Why do all these Mission Trips?

One reason is to show we truly mean what we say.  If you are a huge Redskins fan, chances are that you would jump at the chance to go see them play live.  As a follower of Christ, we find that our life is a mission, to glorify Him in all that we do.  And going on missions’ trips, or developing our mission here in our backyard, is what it is all about.  When we are giving all that we are to 
building the kingdom of God under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, than we will be most satisfied in God and in life, and our life will most glorified God at that moment, and in that life.  Don’t waste your life on the American dream.  Lay it down at the cross of Jesus, and let Him show you how to delight in Him, and have Him give you the desires of your heart.  (Psalm 37:4)
When do missions?  NOW.  But we are a young family, or I am only a teenager.  Young families can go, or be getting ready to go when their children are teens.  Be in training everyday by loving your neighbor, helping out at the church, disciplining your children, and praying daily for missionaries, your pastors and elders, and each other.  Then when your children are teenagers, go.  Are you a teen?  What are you doing next summer?  You should be planning now to go.  Go where?  Where do you want to go?  We can help you find the trip you believe God is leading you to go on, or you can join us as we go.
Medical professional, single, computer freak?  All needed on the mission field.  Just a carpenter, house mom, English teacher?  Pack your bags.  Love to hunt, fish, and play hard.  Pack your bags.
